Girl CHARGE’s Vision
Girl CHARGE’s vision is to establish safe, social settings that promote the physical, social and emotional health of girls. Currently, relational aggression (covert bullying in the form of rumors, gossip, social exclusion, etc.) is considered a rite of passage for girls, just as images of physical perfection have become the media-dictated norm.   Rather than continuing to expect and accept such ideals, the aim of Girl CHARGE is to serve as a catalyst for change.

Girl CHARGE’s Mission
To change the social norms and culture of girls in our community by creating environments of acceptance and respect through youth-oriented programming and community education.
